High season (April to September)

Low season (October - March)

Parking fee
- Single price of CZK 50 per car and day (fees apply throughout the zoo's visiting hours, payable at the reception desk)
Discounts
- Disabled persons (ZTP card holders): 50%
- Disabled persons (ZTP/P card holders): free (including the accompanying person)
- Discount for groups (min. 10 persons): 20%
- Family ticket (min. 2 adults and 2 children): 10%
- Upon showing a ticket purchased at the Paradise Islands Exhibit, just the difference in price remains to be paid; the ticket is only valid on the given day.
- Subsequent free entry to the Paradise Islands Exhibit does not apply to participants of any ZooSchool programme held at the zoo.
- Family passes: 10%
The zoo entrance office accepts the following debit/credit cards:

Please note that:
- dogs are not permitted to enter the zoo grounds - thank you for your understanding
- some of the paths inside the Czech-Saxon Switzerland Exhibit are not suitable for wheelchairs and prams (they feature a natural surface made of sandstone with steep slopes)
- the zoo does not accept any foreign currency
